Parent visa allows the parents of Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizens to live in Australian with their children.
Parent visa can be:
- Parent and Aged Parent Visa
- Contributory Parent and Contributory Aged Parent
Some requirements for Parent Visa:
- Must be sponsored by their eligible child.
- Obtain Assurance of Support.
- Meet Health and Character requirements
- Satisfy ‘Balance of family Test’.
